Casanova Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

· Taste: Complex in mouth, elegant and balanced. Great fruity concentration together with the toast of barrels, soft and round tannins ending with a long lasting where wood turns into an agreeable chocolate flavour.
· Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
· Vintage: 2006
· Region of origin: Purísima Vineyards, Maule Valley, Chile.
· Harvest: It is performed the second and third week of April. It
is hand made in containers of 10 Kg. The yield for this wine is
9.000 kl. per hectare.
· Ageing: It is kept 10 months in stainless steel tanks,
then 15 months in French oak barrel with a medium toast,
and finally it is bottled and kept for a minimum of 10 months.
Colour : Intense cherry with shades of brown which shows the keeping years.
· Aroma: Nice aromas, attractive and complex, with abundant presence of mature fruit like strawberries, cherries, blackberries. It is remarked the notes of chocolate with toasted tones and coffee, given by the presence of fine French oak barrels.

Finca El Retiro Malbec "Reserva Especial 2004

The aroma is bursting with ripe blackcurrent fruit with subtle smoke, marked coffee, chocolate and leather hints. It is full, robust and complex on the palate.

Deep red color, with hints of plums, ripe cherries, chocolate and black pepper. Flavor is full, succulent with firm tannins, resulting from its oak aging.

It presents a great length and elegance. In the mouth it is full, succulent and has firm tannins.

Although we recommend drinking it now, it might improve with ageing. Age of the vineyard: 50 years.

This wine has not been filtered to preserve its maximum fruity character.
Serve at: 18º to 20º C
