Ageing in barrels: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels
Ageing in bottles: 12 months
Consumption: You can drink it now or store it for up to 15 years.

Highlighted by an intense blackish red with violet tinges the aromas are complex with toast, Earth, chocolate and vanilla notes mingled with a rich fruitiness, blackberry, sour cherry, raisins and soft hints of mint and tea. It is an intense, elegant and generous good flavor in the mouth. Well-balanced and of high concentration notes of vanilla, fresh fruits, Earth, spices backed by a pleasant final hint of chocolate.
Enjoy it with lamb ribs, white meats, seasoned fish, meatballs, Chinese food, Gruyere and Parmesan cheese. Serve at room temperature, ideally 18ºc.

OAK CONTACT: Total period of 8 months in first. Second and third use barrels of American Oak medium toasted.

Filtration: The wine is unfiltered to maximize flavor. Potential maturation: up to 6 years
