Hojiblanca - Very smooth flavour, a little sweet, with a touch of “green wood” and oily “aftertaste”. Specially recommended for gazpacho, tomato salad, meat, meat stews and blue fish.

These flavours are 100% produced by the various types of olive, just like in the apple world with the various types of apple, such as the "Golden", "Pippin" or the "Granny Smith".

Therefore, nothing is added to our Oil. The acid level is kept below 0.2% in all cases.

Picudo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Picudo Extra Virgin Olive Oil is very well balanced with fruit and spice. Pronounced flavours of olive with notes of butter and ripe almonds with a slight bitterness and pepper in the finish.

These flavours are 100% produced by the various types of olive, just like in the apple world with the various types of apple, such as the "Golden", "Pippin" or the "Granny Smith".

Therefore, nothing is added to our Oil.

The acid level is kept below 0.2% in all cases.

Valderrama Gran Cru Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This unique blend of Extra Virgin Olive Oils is made with the olive oils of the first five days of the harvest (Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Picudo and Ocal) and created a unique blend that we call Grand Cru. To accompany this unique Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we present it in a beautiful 750 ml glass bottle engraved with the Valderrama logo baked into the bottle by a local artist, inside an elegant plastic case.

Smelling phase: Remarkably fresh, with a touch of sweet green grass, nuts and apples, slightly spicy.

Tasting phase: Soft, very thick and elegant with a light seasoned taste, buttery texture scent that lingers and continues to develop in the mouth for a long time.

Recommended use: Excellent for special dishes, unique for salad dressings.
