Thanks to mature and concentrated grapes and a special and optimal fermentation, we achieved a wine with great body and concentration. After its aging French oak barrels during 18 months, we left the wine resting in bottles for one year, process that gave it a balance and roundness that concentrate all the purity, vibration and elegance of our Apalta fruit

Location: Thee vineyard is located in the Colchaqua Valley, 160 km to the South-West ofSantiago.
Soil type: Granitic soil and red clay, from the top part of Apalta.
Harvest: Hand-picked from April 15th till April 28th, 2004
Ageing in barrels: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels
Ageing in bottles: 12 months
Consumption: You can drink it now or store it for up to 15 years.
